Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at augustom.online@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at augustom.online@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items including beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To ensure you receive the item you want as quickly as possible, please return your original item and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at augustom.online@gmail.com.
